Wow I just went jogging. For those of you that know me, you'd be aware that my fitness is not exactly.. tiptop. Last time I did any exercise was in May, whereby after that I managed to get medically exempted from PE till it was declared over haha. Since then all I do is occasionally climb the 4 flights to my class, and I got leg cramps from that (serious). But I kind of spoilt the whole effect with the packet of maggi I just opened.
