BUT I was wearing this to my oldest aunt's 55th wedding anniversary! Haha my fat nephew suffered that night; everyone kept going "why you eat so much!". So typical of older relatives. Then again everyone went "why you eat so little!" for me... so guess we're equal...

Guess this marks the end of my one week break... NUS is so evil, they had it coincide with the CNY holidays ): Like SMU's one is next week? ):

Let's see this week.... I collected $$$, befriended a cat, did the draft for one advertorial, completed 2 projects, was named UNCONTROLLABLE (on Farmville) and slept a zillion hours (no effect on my eyebags).

My hamster (Marley) stepped in lily pollen and bit me when I tried to get it off her. I played poker for the second time ever (but shared with Jeannie), terrorised a friend (Jeannie) with a gerbil and awed at the houses at Sentosa Cove (Paradise Island haha wth???).

I watched Valentine's Day (good!), Percy Jackson the Lightning Thief (SO BAD) and Wolfman (ugh). No one else except us thought Percy Jackson was that bad though. It was soooo cheesy. But half worth it just to see Pierce Brosnan as a CENTAUR hahahahaha centaur... hahahahaha centaur?! hahahaha "You broke the rules! But that's why you're my favourite student" (not particularly accurate).

Hi everyone! In case you hadn't noticed, I've finally switched to the standard Blogger Template so that I can have a commenting system instead of a tagboard that is regularly (painfully) barraged with nonsense by Will.

I've had a tagboard pretty much since I had a blog so it's quite a change for me. Anyway I receive an email notification for every comment so doesn't matter if it's an old post. Moderation currently off but please don't take this opportunity to spam/insult me -_-

Her project involved making a magazine! (fake obviously) Haha I look sooooo white on the cover it's scary. I love the layout of the second photo though, it looks so cute.

I've suddenly developed this total obsession with miscellaneous Unicode Character Symbols (i think that's the proper name?). And they're just basically all your: ★ ☁ ♥ ☂ ♛ etc.
I tried adding stars to my name on Facebook but it wouldn't let me :( haha okay craving for roti prata right now!

The other day I was eating prata (at Upper Thomson Prata House) and was gonna put sugar on my prata because the curry was unusually spicy and flavorless (as in, it only tasted spicy and nothing else) (I eat prata with curry and not sugar usually).

I took the sugar that was at our table and poured tons on my prata. Took a bite and... "omg it's salt".

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Washing it down with tehping just makes it taste even worse. I got sugar (real) and poured it on the non-salt-affected parts with the theory that tons of sugar would kill the taste of salt. It really didn't.

Ugh the yucky taste of tons of salt+sweetening attempts via tehping/sugar was so revolting, totally lost my appetite.

CNY morning

So random but...

I ordered these 2 nail polishes! And I don't even wear nail polish!

I took glitters cause they looked so pweetyyy, there were so many other colours I wanted to get but I figured for someone who DOESN'T paint her nails, I'd better just start with two... Cause it's never too late to start painting my nails right??

Anyway where I'm going might not have wireless, ugh. So I'll be spending my time playing Sims3 or something (again).

So Saturday was READY.SET.GLO @ Zouk with Calvin Harris spinning. All I remember from Calvin Harris was someone saying that he was quite cute, and him really turning out to be quite cute.

Farewell for Chloe & Teresa at Velvet, where thankfully it was slightly less crowded than Zouk/Phuture. (I know some people actually don't know understand that there's Phuture/Zouk/Velvet and it still being called Zouk as a whole haha)

Out of my 5 modules at NUS, 4 of them require groupwork. Yuck this means a lot of group meetings ugh but it's alright if everyone does their part I guess, cause at least this ensures we'll (or I will) be keeping to deadlines.

I was alone at Watsons today (my life is that exciting) and I actually spent $40 there! At least I finally got eyeliner, for days I have been using my "spare" one (Revlon) which smudges really easily. I actually bought silver eyeliner :o haha cause I want to test how highlighting my eyes will turn out.

Sally Hansen is having a sale on some of their nail polishes, going at around $7+/bottle so that's a pretty good deal! I got Sheer Beige Gloss because although I'd love to paint my nails (and I'm pretty steady), I hate my fingers (fat) and thus do not want to draw attention to them...

Pointless rambles. Going out to kill zombies in a bit!

P.S. Posting the Zouk photos first cause it's still way less than the NUS pageant or Batam ones :S
